Minimum Requirements:

A Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.

Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting managers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include:

Handling telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate role players.

Typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for managers and staff.
-
Operating office equipment including multifunctional printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
-
Coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
-
Managing meetings and events, including arranging venues, refreshments, and invitations.
-
Recording minutes during meetings and ensuring accuracy in official documentation.

Managing procurement of standard items such as stationery and refreshments.
-
Maintaining filing systems, document records, and leave registers.
-
Receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
