Overview:
The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting applications for two Client Service Officer: Public Employment Services positions based at the Komani Labour Centre in the Eastern Cape. This role plays a critical part in assisting job-seekers with access to employment opportunities, learning programmes, and counselling services. By supporting the registration of both job-seekers and employers on the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) system, Client Service Officers are essential in bridging the gap between work-seekers and potential employers.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.

A valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage.
