  • Respond to telephonic and written enquiries

  • Assist with general administrative requests

Mail and Correspondence Management

  • Receive, sort, register, and distribute incoming mail

  • Handle outgoing correspondence and dispatch documents

  • Register hand-delivered files and documentation

  • Manage and track all official communications

Filing and Records Management

  • Open and close files according to classification systems

  • Maintain filing systems and document storage processes

  • Trace and retrieve files manually and electronically

  • Complete index records and maintain document registers

  • Ensure secure storage of records

Document Processing and Archiving

  • Prepare documents for archiving or disposal

  • Scan files electronically for record keeping

  • Package and distribute files to archives

  • Compile lists of archived documentation

  • Maintain records of archived materials

Postal and Remittance Administration

  • Operate franking machines and maintain registers

  • Record postal transactions and update daily logs
