Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities
The Administration Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operational processes within the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs unit.
Administrative and Clerical Support

Provide general clerical and administrative support services within the unit

Manage document filing systems and maintain accurate administrative records

Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Draft routine correspondence and administrative reports
Meeting and Event Coordination
