The Administrative Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily administrative activities of the distribution department. The role focuses on ensuring that operational documentation, reports, route settlements, invoices, and administrative records are processed accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will assist with order closures on ERMS, generate and distribute hourly satellite and interbranch reports, print invoices, manage route settlement administration, and support logistics operations by ensuring all documentation is updated and filed correctly. Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

Updating Goods Received Voucher (GRV) information on company systems
