The Solareff YES Learnership Programme offers participants the opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of assigned departments while developing practical workplace competencies. Requirements

  • South African citizen

  • Between 18 and 34 years of age

  • Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one year

  • Must not be studying full-time during the programme period

  • Must not have previously participated in or registered for the YES Programme

  • Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
