Overview:
Discovery, one of South Africa’s most innovative and forward-thinking health insurance providers, is currently offering a Long-Term Insurance Learnership under its Central Services unit. This is a structured, full-time programme targeted at youth between the ages of 18 and 25 who are passionate about entering the financial services sector. The successful candidates will undergo a combination of academic learning and workplace training, resulting in a nationally recognised FETC NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-Term Insurance.
This learnership is ideal for recent matriculants or individuals with partially completed tertiary studies, especially those looking for a real-world gateway into a dynamic, fast-paced career. The programme spans across Discovery’s core services such as medical aid client servicing, claims management, and new business administration, offering a comprehensive understanding of health insurance operations.
