Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen aged 18–25 years

Completed Matric / Grade 12

English: 60% or higher, plus one other language

Mathematics: 50% minimum or Maths Literacy: 60% minimum

Currently unemployed and not studying

Not previously enrolled in any insurance industry learnership

Must not have been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
