Overview
Hyundai Automotive South Africa, under the Motus Corporation umbrella, is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated young South Africans to participate in the 2026 YES (Youth Employment Service) Learner Programme. This structured initiative provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience across a variety of departments within a dynamic automotive retail and corporate environment.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Between 18 – 34 years of age

Currently unemployed

Grade 12 / Matric qualification (additional qualifications advantageous)

No prior participation in a YES Programme

Responsibilities
Participants may be placed in the following departments, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the automotive industry:

Administration: Support day-to-day operations, documentation, and office management.

Sales & Marketing: Assist with client engagement, product promotion, and marketing campaigns.

Finance: Support financial reporting, processing, and auditing tasks.

Technical / Workshop: Gain hands-on technical experience in vehicle maintenance and service.

Parts & Logistics: Participate in inventory management, distribution, and supply chain operations.

Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
