Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) qualification essential

  • Regulatory Exam (RE5) required

  • Commercial FAIS credits required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business/Commercial Insurance

  • At least 3 years inbound/outbound call centre sales experience

  • Proficiency with Multimark III

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients according to campaign and script requirements using predictive dialling

  • Manage outstanding payments and escalate where necessary

  • Provide customers with detailed product and service information

  • Consistently achieve revenue and sales conversion targets:

    • R125,000+ GWP monthly

    • Lead-to-quote conversion above 65%

    • Quote-to-sale conversion above 35%

  • Achieve minimum quality score of 90% and data accuracy score of 90%

  • Ensure accuracy in recording of client interactions and administrative processes

  • Uphold MiWay’s customer service strategy and brand values at all times
