  • Grade 12 (Matric) with Core Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.

  • Minimum 50% pass rate in English (1st Language).

  • 6–12 months of client-facing or call centre experience preferred.

  • Currently unemployed and not engaged in another learnership or full-time study.
